Elian is an engineer with a strong background in construction delivery and quantity surveying. He founded Aarbon Construction in 2017 and has worked on RIBA award-winning projects across complex residential and commercial schemes. His experience spans early cost planning, procurement, contractor coordination, and programme management through to on-site delivery. With extensive hands-on site experience, Elian brings a practical, construction-led approach to every project, ensuring designs are technically sound, cost-efficient, and buildable, while maintaining quality through execution.

Susanna Citrano — B.Arch, M.Arch, M.Art (Interior Architecture) — is an architect and project manager with extensive experience across all RIBA stages. Her work spans from concept and schematic design through detailed design, construction documentation, and contract administration. Alongside her architectural role, Susanna has led projects from a project management perspective, coordinating consultants, managing design development, and maintaining design intent through construction, with a particular focus on architectural detailing and build quality.

In 2015, she founded Overalls Architecture, leading her own studio and delivering a wide range of projects across retail, hospitality, residential, and office sectors.

Elian and Susanna met while working together on multi-million-pound projects on site, where a shared approach to design, delivery, and construction quality naturally aligned. This collaboration led to the creation of a practice offering a fully integrated service, combining architecture, engineering, project management, and construction expertise.

Today, we provide end-to-end support — from concept design and detailed architectural development to procurement, coordination, and on-site delivery — ensuring projects are both well designed and successfully built.
